When you compare CoxHealth MedicarePlus with Traditional Medicare, it is easy to see that CoxHealth MedicarePlus provides you more coverage. With no additional premium to pay to get this coverage, it is hard to find a reason not to consider making the switch to CoxHealth MedicarePlus.

Limitations, copayments, and restrictions may apply. Benefits, premiums and/or co-payments/co-insurance may change on January 1 of each year. The Formulary, pharmacy network, and/or provider network may change at any time. You will receive notice when necessary. You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium. Members must use plan providers for routine care, and an additional cost may be assessed for using out-of-network providers. Part D drug expenses are not covered under the maximum out-of-pocket limit. Our eyewear benefit is limited to one pair of eyeglass lenses and frames per year.


To enroll in CoxHealth MedicarePlus, you must have both Medicare Parts A and B and reside in the Missouri counties of Greene, Christian, Stone or Taney. Enrollment in CoxHealth MedicarePlus may be limited to specific times of the year.
