CoxHealth MedicarePlus is an HMO plan with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in CoxHealth MedicarePlus depends on contract renewal.
CoxHealth MedicarePlus includes Part D drug coverage. To enroll in CoxHealth MedicarePlus, you must have both Medicare
Parts A and B and reside in the Missouri counties of Greene, Christian, Stone or Taney.
You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium. Enrollment in CoxHealth MedicarePlus may be limited to specific times of the year.
